The project's goal is to create a foundation for Ukraine's inclusive recovery by strengthening the capacity of local governments in conflict management and social cohesion.
The participation experts' work begins with a planning workshop to develop the methodology and create a cooperation workplan with selected communities. After this phase, the experts will mentor community engagement working groups. One pair of experts will be assigned to each community. Each pair will work with three communities.
Duration of engagement: 10 months
Requirements for candidates:
- experience in team management, project management, coordination, and organizing processes (or willingness and ability to learn these quickly)
- experience organizing and running events (trainings, workshops, conferences) is an advantage
- experience with sociological research, analysis, and/or advocacy is an advantage
- ability to work with sensitive topics related to wartime experiences, occupation, etc.
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Selecting communities together with IMiP experts
- Developing the methodology
- Conducting trainings in communities
- Assisting in developing community engagement plans.
- Providing consultations to community working groups on participation methods and plan implementation.
- Assistance with the final event and project deliverables
- Preparation and submission of reports in accordance with established standards.

The tender is open to individuals and sole proprietors registered under applicable law, on the simplified tax system (single tax, group 3) or the general taxation system, and holding an open bank account.
To participate in the tender, provide:
- Completed, signed Commercial Proposal Form
- Resume detailing relevant experience
- Copies of documents provided by the participant:
If documents are submitted by an individual:
a. copy of passport (all pages with stamps)
b. copy of the certificate of tax identification number.
If documents are submitted by a sole proprietor:
- certificate of state registration of the sole proprietor, or an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
- Extract from the Single Taxpayer Register.
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, issued no earlier than 01.01.2013.
Conditions for conducting the tender
Proposals meeting the following criteria will be eligible to participate in the tender.:
- The proposal must be submitted on time within the final submission deadline, signed, and include the participant's contact details.
- Compliance with the technical specifications.
- The price offer must remain valid for at least 30 calendar days from the deadline for submitting price proposals.
- Prices must be stated in hryvnias (UAH). The maximum daily rate is 5,485.5 UAH.
- All required registration documents have been included.
