The Zdolbunivska City Territorial Community is an administrative-territorial unit and a local self-government body of Rivne Raion, Rivne Oblast.

The community has 31,500 residents:
Urban population – 24,600 people
Rural population – 6,900 people
During the war, the community received over 1,000 people from the southern and eastern regions of Ukraine.
In the community, the project “Her Perspective” is implemented by the public organization Youth Change Agency "Khvylia".
