The Institute of Peace and Understanding (IMiP) is announcing a vacancy for an SMM Manager for the “Peaceful School” project. Our ideal candidate is fluent with social media, knows how to engage target audiences, turns complex texts into accessible formats, and is comfortable with visualizations and photo editors.
The specialist will ensure the organization’s continuous presence on social networks, the official website, and other communication channels, in cooperation with the PR agency that developed and helps implement the Project’s communication strategy.
The position involves working in collaboration with the Project and Communications managers of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing materials on the status of the Project’s implementation;
- Maintaining the organization’s social media pages and regularly updating their content;
- Engaging target audiences and creating informational opportunities;
- Providing information support for PR events;
- Conducting media monitoring and analyzing the information space.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education in journalism, public relations, or other related fields;
- Positive work experience in SMM, communications, or PR (successful case studies are welcome)
- Experience writing informational materials;
- Skills in visualizing content;
- English language skills are welcome and may be an advantage.
