For 25 years we have worked for Ukraine, helping people find common ground in conflict situations and in collective decision-making.

During this time IMiP has developed dozens of tools aimed at building a conscious and responsible society, conducted thousands of training sessions and educational programs, and created and implemented dozens of models of community interaction.

"Our work is based on a restorative approach aimed at resolving conflicts and addressing their consequences. This approach involves building trust and engaging participants in the process of discussion, decision-making, or conflict resolution. It allows for creating understanding and reaching consensus on a solution, resolving the conflict, or fostering a non-violent environment," says Chair of the Board Aliona Horova.

Our team are professionals with proven experience in various countries around the world. They use leading international restorative practices and also develop and implement their own tools for conflict resolution and decision-making in communities, educational institutions, organizations, and more.

We adapted our work to wartime conditions. This enabled us to implement projects aimed at strengthening the capacity of society and the state, and to effectively respond to challenges caused by the war.
