Aliona Horova was elected Chair of the IMiP Board.

Ms. Aliona Horova is a co-founder of our organization and has over 20 years of professional experience in facilitating conflict resolution and decision-making, mediation, and developing the institutional capacity of organizations and communities.

Her professional achievements include designing and piloting about 15 models for implementing social innovations and over 30 adult learning methodologies, including training trainers (conflict management, NGO management, monitoring and evaluation, education).

Today IMiP is one of Ukraine's leading civil society organizations implementing projects in restorative and transitional justice, as well as restorative community practices to strengthen cohesion and resilience. Our team has developed and successfully implemented dozens of models and tools aimed at building an informed and responsible society, and has conducted thousands of trainings and educational programs.

“In these difficult times, we must mobilize our efforts to achieve a single goal — Ukraine's victory. Therefore, IMiP will continue implementing existing and initiating new projects aimed at strengthening the capacity and resilience of Ukrainian society. Any initiatives must be as useful as possible to those who truly need them,” says Aliona Horova.
