For 25 years we have worked for Ukraine, helping parties find understanding in conflicts and reach joint decisions.
Over this time, IMiP has developed dozens of tools aimed at building an aware and responsible society, conducted thousands of training sessions and workshops, and created and implemented dozens of models for interaction in communities.
"Our work is based on a restorative approach aimed at resolving conflicts and repairing their consequences. This approach involves building trust and engaging participants in discussion, decision-making, or conflict resolution. It enables the development of understanding, reaching consensus on solutions, resolving conflicts, or creating a non-violent environment," says Chair of the Board Aliona Horova.
Our team are professionals who have proven themselves in various countries around the world. They work using the best international restorative practices and also develop and implement their own tools for conflict resolution and decision-making in communities, educational institutions, organizations, and more.
We adapted our work to the conditions of martial law. This enabled us to implement projects aimed at strengthening the capacity of society and the state, and to effectively respond to challenges caused by the war.
