The project's goal is to ensure the right to truth and to consolidate Ukrainian society and citizens of other countries around the processes of rebuilding the social fabric, relationships, and the country as a whole
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education (Master/Specialist) in Translation or Philology
- English proficiency at Advanced level or higher
- Relevant work experience of at least 1 year
- Experience in literary editing of texts
- Experience translating texts on a range of subjects
- Fluent Ukrainian
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
Duties of the candidate:
- Perform professional written translation from Ukrainian into English of approximately 400 texts (each text approximately 3,000 characters with spaces) over the course of the project.
Working conditions: Work in Kyiv (Arsenalna metro station) or remotely; project-based employment (2 months).
Test assignment:
Translate a short text into English, ensuring accuracy and preserving the original meaning.

To participate in the tender, individuals and sole proprietors registered under applicable law, either on the single-tax system (3rd group) or the general taxation system, with an open bank account, are invited.
To participate in the tender you must provide:
- A completed, signed Commercial Offer Form (Annex 1)
- A résumé describing the translator's relevant experience
- Copies of documents provided by the participant:
If documents are submitted by an individual:
a. a copy of the passport (all pages with stamps)
b. a copy of the certificate of assignment of the tax identification number.
If documents are submitted by an individual entrepreneur:
- the certificate of state registration of the individual entrepreneur or an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
- an extract from the single-tax payer register;
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, issued no earlier than 01.01.2013.
Tender conditions
Proposals that meet the following criteria will be eligible to participate in the tender:
- The proposal must be submitted by the final submission deadline, signed, and include the participant's contact details.
- Compliance with technical specifications.
- The price offer must be valid for at least 30 calendar days from the deadline for submission of price proposals.
- Prices must be listed in hryvnias (UAH).
- All required registration documents are attached.
