The Institute of Peace and Understanding is implementing a project aimed at applying marketing tools of formative research to create and sustain unifying narratives for Ukrainian society. To this end, we plan to create a web resource/platform that will serve as a space to help Ukrainians recover and unite for the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Subject of the tender is the provision of services, namely: project communications, video production, and advertising services for the “Platform” project (NGO “Institute of Peace and Understanding”) from September 2023 to July 2024.
Service provider selection criteria:
- registered as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur;
- at least 3 years' experience providing similar services;
- portfolio of previous successful projects;
- the proposed work program best meets the organization's needs;
- acceptable price, payment terms, and conditions of service delivery.

To participate in the tender, submit the following documents:

- a copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, or an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
- a copy of the VAT registration certificate (if registered for VAT), and a copy of the single tax certificate;
- a copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs issued no earlier than 01.01.2013.

Deadline for submissions: 27.07.2023 by 18:00.
The final decision on a tender proposal is not subject to review. Reasons for rejecting tender proposals will not be provided. Consultations on preparing tender proposals are provided by email.
