The non-governmental organization "Institute of Peace and Understanding" announces a tender to produce two videos as part of the project "Strengthening the capacity of communities to implement systemic changes in the field of security related to the COVID-19 pandemic and the specific threats and needs of vulnerable population groups", implemented with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation.
Running time: two videos, each up to 3 minutes long.
Video format:
- Digital, suitable for further use, broadcasting, distribution, etc.
- Resolution – Full HD 1920×1080, PAL 4×3 756×576;
- Audio sample rate – 48 kHz;
- Bitrate – 320 kbps (free music).
General information about the videos: report-style and informational pieces in the style of BBC segments, filmed according to pre-prepared scripts. They should include speaker comments and cover the topic of safety development in two Ukrainian communities and successful practices of responding to challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic and the specific threats and needs of vulnerable population groups. The videos must not contain elements of cynicism or the humiliation of human honor and dignity. Editing of the final video version must be approved by the client.
Filming involves one-day trips across Ukraine (indoor and outdoor locations).
Geographical locations: Lysetska settlement territorial community (Ivano-Frankivsk region), Mykolaivska rural united territorial community (Sumy region).
First filming date – 13.07.2021, the rest will be agreed with the client.
Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities registered under current law, on the single tax (group 3) or the general taxation system, and with an open bank account are invited to participate in the tender.
To participate in the tender, the following should be submitted:
- Completed Commercial Proposal Form (Annex 1), signed by an authorized person and stamped
- Completed Letter of Consent to obtain all licenses and other permits required for the project (Annex 2), signed by an authorized person and stamped
- Copies of documents provided by the participant:
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, or an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
- VAT registration certificate (if registered as a VAT payer), certificate of single tax payment;
- An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs issued no earlier than 01.01.2013.
Tender conditions
Proposals that meet the following criteria will be admitted to the tender:
- The proposal must be submitted on time by the final submission date, on the company letterhead, signed by an authorized person, and include the participant's contact details.
- Compliance with technical specifications. The participant must confirm that all items meet or exceed the requirements of this request.
- The price offer must remain valid for at least 30 calendar days from the final date for submission of price proposals.
- Prices must be stated in hryvnias (UAH).
- All required registration documents are included.
