Novovolynsk City Territorial Community is a territorial community in Ukraine, in Volodymyr Raion, Volyn Oblast.
Administrative center the city of Novovolynsk.
Area of the community — 75.3 km²
Population — 58,809 residents (as of 2020).
The community includes 8 settlements: the city of Novovolynsk, the urban-type settlement Blahodatne and 6 villages — Hrybovytsia, Hryady, Kropyvshchyna, Nyzkynychi, Tyshkovychi and Khreniv.
Novovolynsk is among the communities where the EU programme "Housing for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and Recovery of Liberated Cities in Ukraine, Component II" is in effectConstruction of new housing funded by grants began in spring 2024.
In the community, the project "Her Perspective" is implemented at the MC "Novi Kryla".
